In my Nobody opinion, Integral needs more translators. If the value of this incredible, truly “game-changing” (yes I feel the bile in my throat using this term) field of thought and practice is going to touch the public discourse, it needs:

There is nothing quite so abhorrent in the canon of sustainability as the term “sustainable growth.” The idea that anything can grow in perpetuity is 100% snake oil, an utter myth. Everything, including the Universe itself, is created, grows, declines and dies. Yet the myth of sustainable growth is one so deeply ingrained in our culture’s beliefs, values and economic principles that it continues to be held up not only as an actual possibility, but a panacea.
